Wisdom Teeth

Wisdom teeth are the third set of molars and usually appear between the ages of 17 and 25. While most adults have four, it’s not uncommon to have fewer — or occasionally, more. As they grow, wisdom teeth can sometimes cause problems by pressing against other teeth, becoming partially erupted, or getting stuck (impacted). This can lead to pain, infection, or damage to nearby teeth, the jawbone, or nerves.

In cases like this, it’s often recommended to have the wisdom teeth removed. At Mastrick Smile Care, we understand how uncomfortable and frustrating wisdom teeth can be. Our experienced team is here to assess your situation and offer clear, honest advice on the best way to manage any issues they might be causing.
